Why isn’t my profile saving?

Thank you for letting us know about the issue you are facing. 
If you haven’t yet been able to save all your information, please try the following steps:

Fill in one section at a time and press the “Save” button (with each section).
Please wait for the screen to go back to where you can view your profile with a green indicator that the profile has been saved.
Now return to “Edit” mode and continue to fill the next section.
Please repeat this process until all sections have been completed and saved.

An important note: We do not recommend pressing the back button or using the “Save” button in the “Do you want to save...?” dialog window, as this action seems to cause problems.
